How long has the company Reinhard Schwarz existed?
The company Reinhard Schwarz was founded in 1945 and was originally engaged in the production as well as the trade of jewellery.
In 1993 an additional business, the Gmuender Kunst- und Auktionshaus was founded. It deals primarily with capitalisation of stock backlogs, remainders of stock, discontinued models, returned items, legal estates and inheritances in a favourable way for the retail market
We handle everything that is also for sale in a jewellery store.
Business Hours
You can contact the team of GKS Monday through Friday form 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm.
Our salesrooms are open Thursdays and Fridays at the opening times mentioned above, or by individual appointment.
Appraisal /Valuation of jewellery
The items are thoroughly examined and taxed in-house. The examination is free. Any commission on sale is only due in the event the item is sold.
Are the items insured?
The items given to us are insured at the wholesale price of a jeweller after an auction/sale contract to the agreed limit has been signed.
Collecting and shipping
Generally the shipments have to be insured. There are different options, depending on the value of the respective item and the instructions of our insurance.
We cooperate with DEUTSCHE POST and SecurLog, an experienced transport company for items of value, favoured by the members of the jewellery industry.
